By accessing or using our website and purchasing our premium bathroom fixtures and hardware, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Florida.

 

Orders, Pricing, and Payments

 Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

 Order and Pricing Corrections: While we strive for absolute accuracy, inadvertent errors in pricing, inventory availability, or product descriptions may occur. Bold Baths reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order at any time if an item was listed incorrectly or is unavailable from our suppliers. If your order is canceled under these circumstances, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Shipping, Delivery, and Carrier Responsibility

 Carrier Liability: Bold Baths partners with premier third-party suppliers and shipping carriers. Once a shipment leaves our supplier's warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, the shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for transit. Bold Baths cannot be held liable for shipping delays, logistical interruptions, or delivery disruptions caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen transit conditions.

 Strict 48-Hour Inspection Window: Upon delivery, you are legally required to thoroughly inspect all packages and products immediately. **Any claims for transit damage, structural defects, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported to Bold Baths within 48 hours of delivery receipt.** Failure to report damages or shortages within this 48-hour timeframe constitutes an absolute waiver of your right to file a claim or request a replacement/return for transit-related issues.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

To maintain our competitive pricing and premium catalog, we enforce a strict return policy:

Return Authorization: To be eligible for a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be formally requested and created within 48 hours of receiving your items. Returns attempted without a valid, pre-approved RMA will be automatically rejected.

Return Window: Once an RMA is issued, the physical items must be successfully returned to our designated facility within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Item Condition: All returned products must be completely uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in 100% pristine, resellable condition. If an item shows signs of installation, tool marks, or modified packaging, a refund will be denied.

Shipping Costs: The Customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Bold Baths is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are strictly subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

Product Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Manufacturer Warranties: Bold Baths acts as an authorized distributor of premium kitchen and bath fixtures manufactured by third parties. We do not personally offer independent product warranties. However, we explicitly pass all original manufacturer warranties directly through to the original purchaser.

Professional Installation Required: Plumbing fixtures require specialized expertise. Bold Baths is strictly a retail supplier. We are not liable, under any circumstances, for installation errors, poor craftsmanship, structural damage, or plumbing/water damages caused by the installation or use of products purchased from our site. We strongly advise hiring a licensed and insured professional plumber for all installations.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Bold Baths’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall never exceed the actual dollar amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
